We are a Non-Denominational Christian Mission Church that serves the entire community and as such we are by law automatically IRS TAX EXEMPT. We are also by law exempt from filing and obtaining a 501 (c) (3) determination letter and number for charitable organizations. Filing for and obtaining a 501 (c) (3) would severely limit our abilities as a Mission Church to function in and to provide all the services to the community that our Mission Church actually can provide. However, we have a letter from the UTAH STATE TAX COMMISSION confirming our tax exempt status.
